Refund policy
At Get Weaved Luxury Hair Supply, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds on hair products, including wigs and bundles.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:
1. The hair must be in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact.
2. The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. The item must not have been altered in any way (e.g., washed, dyed, or styled).
Refund Exceptions
Refunds are not generally offered, but exceptions may be made for items damaged during transit. Refunds may be approved if:
1. You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the damage.
2. The item is returned in its original condition, including packaging and tags.
3. Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 15 business days of approval.
Please note: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
How to Request an Exchange or Refund
1. Email us at enquiries@getweaved.co.uk with your order number, photos (if applicable), and details about the issue.
2. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
